Privacy notice
This is a summary written before launch. The full policy will be published with the app and reviewed by counsel.
- Where data lives. All personal information is stored on servers in Canada.
- What we never collect. Social Insurance Numbers. Our forms reject them.
- Sensitive fields. Insurance and CDCP member identifiers are encrypted at rest. Access is logged.
- Clinics. A clinic sees your booking and the coverage details needed for your visit, not your whole profile.
- AI features. Questions you ask the assistant are answered using only the profile fields the question needs. Your data is not used to train models.
- Deletion. You can delete your account in the app. Data is removed within 30 days.
- Law. Odoqi operates under British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act.
