Straight answers
Is the cost estimate exact?+
No. It combines the clinic's listed fee with the coverage details you entered. The clinic sets the final cost, and your insurer decides what it pays. We label every number as an estimate.
Do you store my SIN?+
Never. Our forms reject anything that looks like a SIN, and the CDCP application itself happens on Canada.ca, not in Odoqi.
Where is my data kept?+
In Canada. Sensitive identifiers such as insurance member IDs are encrypted, and every access is logged.
Does it cost me anything?+
No. Patients use Odoqi for free. Clinics pay a flat fee when a new patient completes a first visit.
Do you pay me to book?+
No. We don't offer gift cards or rewards for booking. Clinics and patients both get a better experience when the incentive is the product.
Which cities?+
Vancouver and the Lower Mainland first. Other Canadian cities follow once the Vancouver network is dense enough to be useful.
